What is the audible portion of the
Subliminal CD?
We don't use music or nature sounds but instead use White Noise. We
have found that it is difficult to create a music track that appeals
to all of our customers. Even if we were able to do that, most people
would actually become bored with the track. Most nature sounds are very
inconsistent and may bring attention to the CD playing in the background.
With White Noise, a slow smooth and steady background noise that can
be played at any time. That consistency is what makes our subliminal
CD programs different

Am I able to see the script of my CD
program?
We get this question quite often. The CDs work great, what is actually
being said on them?
In order to understand why we do not publish scripts, you need to understand
how our Subliminal CDs work. The reason they work is their ability to
bypass the conscience mind, therefore also bypassing our resistance
- something we have developed from our childhood. By speaking directly
to the subconscious, the conscience mind has no ability to sabotage
your progress.

Does everyone react the same way to
your CDs?
Even though the end result may be the same for all, the way it comes
about is different for each person. The exact way our subliminal CDs
work are unique as each person using them is unique.
Some of our titles lend to an even more unique end result. When using

of possibilities. Maybe volunteering to make a speech at a social event

How long does it take for the subliminal
program to work?
You will always need to keep in mind that each person is unique and
may have developed their habit or way of thinking over many years. On
average your subliminal program will take approximately 2-4 weeks. This
is provided you follow all the instructions that come with your CD,
especially those pertaining to the introductory CD. This is the one
marked CD #001 and comes with every order. You may also see faster results

Are your programs successful because your users think they will, like
a Placebo effect?
It is absolutely a fair question to wonder whether playing a subliminal
tape every day will actually program your subconscious mind or just
give you he focus of the problem you're trying to solve on such a regular
basis that you end up making the change yourself.
There are a couple of things you should understand about the technology
used by our subliminal CDs which will help you in answering this question
for yourself. One is the "placebo effect", and the other is
"controlled scripting".
The placebo effect can exist for those using our CDs because you used
your conscience mind to order the CDs and play them. All of this, however,
doesn't have any influence on the actual usefulness of our CDs. In fact
in modern medicine there is always a placebo effect yet this does not
diminish the healing powers of these medicines.
The other side of this is the effect our CDs can have on other people
(Known as accidental programming) If only those who believed in subliminal
technology working were effected by it, accidental programming wouldn't
even be an issue, yet it is a real possibility,which is why we are so
careful of this at Your Favourite Shop. Since personal change is personal,
unsuspecting people shouldn't be exposed without their permission, especially
to any title that is bringing a highly focused result.
The second element is controlled scripting.
We have done our own internal testing where we have scripting very
specific preferences where the willing test subject did not know them.
Low and behold they showed those preferences!This was a major breakthrough
for us because we learned something very important. What we were doing

Which is preferred for listening, headphones
or speakers?
Our subliminal programs are just as effective whether you listen to
them with headphones or speakers. The only time headphones may be necessary
(other than personal preference) is when others may be in the room with
you. This will insure there will be no accidental programming if they
are not participating in the program with you.

Will my subconscious mind get confused
if I am using more than one program at a time?
No, your subconscious mind does not differ from your conscience mind
in this respect. In fact, it can handle and sort many different thoughts
at once. We do suggest, however, that you use our programs sequentially
rather than at the same time at first. This will just allow you to better
plan your overall course of action.

is CD #001 for?
This CD is designed as a transitional program used to prepare
the subconscious mind and prepare you for the program you will be listening
to. If you have not listened to your program in a while it is advisable
to refresh with CD #001. Your order will come with full directions on
how and when this CD should be used

I have received my CDs but they only
have a number on them, Why is that?
At Your Favourite Shop, your privacy is important to us. We have
made sure that all of our CDs are printed with a number rather than
the title. This will allow you to continue your program no matter where
you go. For your further convenience the full title is printed on the
CD case insert but this can be removed easily if you so desire

Are there any warnings or cautions I
should be aware of when using your Subliminal CDs?
You should always be aware of the fact that anyone that hears
your program on a regular basis will also be subject to the same suggestions.
Although 100% safe, they may not have agreed to this. These are optimal
times to use headphones.Also do not listen to your CD's while in the
presence of children. Most titles (for instance weight loss) will be
inappropriate for young children

Is there anything I can do to increase
the effectiveness of your Subliminal CDs?
In fact there are some things that can improve the results of
your subliminal program. Herbal Nutrients like Gotu Kola,Fo-ti and Ginkgo
help synchronize your brain and can be found in any Health Shop. Only
one needs to be taken to be effective. Moderate exercise increases blood
flow. When your body is working well, your mind is working well. Meditation,
Tai Chi, Yoga, etc can also help greatly. Things like refined sugars,
drugs, alcohol and caffeine will not stop your program from working
but it may take longer than usual
.

When is the best time to listen to
your CDs?
The best time to listen to your CDs is as you are drifting off to sleep.
There is no need to set the CD to "repeat" as it will have
no effectiveness once you have entered the deeper stages of sleep. You
can also have your program playing while you are busy doing other things.
This is an effective time as your conscience mind is busy with the tasks
you are performing leaving your subconscious free to listen to the CD
